This car raised many questions, I was told it was a kit car and it is kind of.
Bobby Alloway a Tennessee hot rod name produced a "kit" called a Speedstar via Rat's Glass

Jack Taylor of Knoxville was picked for contender of Americas Best Street Rod and it is pretty much home built! The big question was the engine, it is a Nissan 5.6L V8 from a Titan Truck   

 If you needed one they probably had it in the mid-way!
