PIGEON FORGE FALL ROD RUN 2020 PART 2

Let us continue with the Fall Rod Run from 2020 which turned out to be one of the biggest since people were more comfortable getting out after "house arrest" during the Covid Pandemic.

I am still carefully navigating the new blogger since I have had entire blogs disappear while I was editing

Every run one car seems to show up in force by sure coincidence at it was early 70's Mustangs this time

Pro Street Kaiser Henry J

Yes that is a Duramax Diesel!

This is new dropped spindles to get that gasser look

Not Something you see everyday, a Pro Street early Honda

Golf cart gasser!

Yes a Pro street Volvo!

Yikes!

This Pinto gets the award for the only guy who has cruised the strip every rod run and never parks, he just cruises!

For some reason I was craving a Watermelon?

Look again this is not a real vintage Mustang, but an unreal kit conversion!
Very few were built, notice the correct Chrome bumpers and door handles!

A real Mopar fan down to the 8 bazooka stainless tips, pink paint and flip gas cap!

A General Lee Pinto?

Bet you never heard of the wide body Chevy Monza wide body Mirage?

California Special with the Shelby styling

Steering wheel on the wrong side? No it's on the right side!

Square body row!

Would look good on my lawn

I did not understand why the owner chose to use a 1940 Ford dash, steering wheel and wheels on a Chevy Camaro?

You see it all here!

Packard 7 passenger limo!

The Catfish has quite a wardrobe!

This is an engine-less party trailer!

Henry J Pro street #2

This a kit conversion!

Would look good with that Bison!

Very cool International

Looking through an old Kit Car Guide from the 80's I spot this crazy conversion for a Fox Body Mustang from California Touring Coach. It made the nose of a Mustang or Capri look like a Mercedes 450 SL and was called the Munich and I can not confirm if they ever went into production, feel feel to chime in if you ever seen one!

Ready for another mess of the kit car world?
looks just like a Ferrari right NOT!
Yes another Mustang in there someplace!

One more Neoclassical Nightmare, look close at the door and windshield on this Zimmer motorcar

One day I will do a comprehensive Neoclassical nightmare kit cars!
