I just took a look as I started to post up the photos and there are many photos! With that piece of knowledge the CARHUNTER staff decided to break it up into 2 bi-weekly blogs and why? All photos would lose most of the viewers, breaking it up into 2 ones with quite a few events still in the bull pen.
Look for another blog after this one!
The 1st photos were out in the parking lot, registration area, Yes it rained, but actually held off with some careful planning suing downpours to get to the inside display areas.
Great looking 1961 Plymouth Long Roof
We were thinking this guy had a mishap on the way, but someone told me he has been driving it like that for years!
Old S'cool!
Never a shortage of Tri-5's
Plenty O' Long Roof's!
Shows this large, conflicting reports of 6500-8500 in such a large venue can be tough to navigate because there are so many remote areas, to peoples credit they can have shade and rain protection if they know the landscape!
Well you know CARHUNTER gets excited when seeing a 39 Plymouth, but the hood sides are not correct!
Still a favorite, any coupe!
Ooops!
How cool is a 4cyl Pinto 2300, CARHUNTER is a sucker for an inline power plant!
I am showing the engine 1st, wait for it!
Ohio HP has a training facility within the state fairgrounds and looks like they have a newer fleet of confiscated donations!
Quite a few Henry J's in attendance!
1937 Chrysler Coupe, you know I would pointing the 30's MOPARS out, right?
CARHUNTER gets flack sometimes so I picked a MOPAR to say; I think the street rod shows should limit the years. I pre-1960 is ok, but maybe stretch to 1980 acceptable.
Well that is different!
Like to see a MOPAR in a MOPAR!
Well looky there, it's a Slant 6 all hoped up!
39 Dodge, nice sedan, even though I prefer coupes
Long Line of Long Roof's
Oh good CARHUNTER found another MOPAR, ok it is a 4 door 80's Chrysler Lebaron. Nice old car, but is this what people pay to see at a STREET ROD SHOW? I know money is a big factor in allowing newer vehicles. You can't take a 32 Ford to a VW or Corvette show can you? It makes trying to see everything at a big show very taxing when quite a few cars are what you might see in a small town Walmart parking lot!
Chevolvo
You don't know and I forgot, LOL!
GT350H- H is Hertz, yes these were rental cars!
Nice to see some 58 Chevy's popping up!
Gotta love Scotts Hot Rods Faux Patina!
Out of the Rain for awhile!
As you can tell it stopped raining again by the guy drying his car off, AGAIN!

Good deal to be had?
Again you know CARHUNTER loves Kustoms~

A Corvair flop top funny car!
There will be more shots of this unreal Pontiac later in the posts
