PIGEON FORGE FALL ROD RUN 2021 PHOTO COVERAGE CONTINUES IN PART 2

The fall rod run turns into a 2-week extended unofficial event because of the Shades of The Past and as I mentioned before a few people I talk to are unaware of teh large show going on nearby in Splash Country and think the 1st week is the Rod Run.

I am just going to let you look the photos over!

CARHUNTER clicked it LOL!

Does CARHUNTER see DeSoto Suburban's often, no!

To see 2 parked together is rare, Mr. C on Happy Days drove one!

You see some crazy stuff, but you got to walk around!

This is a Glastron later model retro I believe

You have to watch the road as they sneak up on ya!

Does that say Lunatic Cam?

You don't see many 54 Corvettes dragged out for sale

Checker cabs not common down south

A resto-mod M715 Army Truck these were based on J series Jeep pickups and had an overhead cam 6 originally

Well, that's different in an M715

41 Plymouth Sedan deliveries are rare to find

Another Glastron

I tried to figure out this ancient road marker long forgotten and built around, but?

What a nice Buick, the builder says he refuses to put it in the Shades of the Past so I guess he worked something out with the TGIF and sat there for 2 weeks!

CARHUNTER  loves them Packards!

An S10 custom from one of those custom van builders, dually and all the bolt on do dads!
I could not find any info on the internet about these, but it is probably a low production upgrade package from one those suppliers back in the day?

I have wanted a 38 Plymouth business coupe, but this was ruined with a Toyota pickup chassis, R22 4 cylinder

It was never completed and odd things like tube frame chassis was built in the back, the guy was ok day one while trying to work out a deal, but day 2 he was convinced he had a gold nugget. I told him if it was stock and not even running, I would have bought it for his asking price, but the car is ruined now!

These always confuse people, it's a Willys Aero

Odd half hood!

Very cool Kustom

You don't see many 58 Chevy's

MOPARS few and far between down here

Not people's favorites when it comes to Nova SS, I liked it with that hatchback

Could not find the owner but this Hummer is actually a Volkswagen!

BUZZ KILL, it's a kit car called a HUMBUG

These T'Birds reminded me of a Catfish up front although I think they were thinking an F100

Posted it before very clean Duramax diesel street rod

I just saw a 38 Plymouth with a Toyota R22 on a pickup frame then find a Toyota missing it's R22 with a small block Chevy, something is upside down in the universe!

Too much to narate

A Rod Run regular and I believe I saw it for the 1st time 10 years ago?

Keeping a MOPAR count?

PACKARD> POLO!

Old Ford factory custom van

WOW high school come to mind when I saw this LOL!

Tubed front wheel wells!

How rare is it to find such an intact AMX with all its "stuff" still in place?

Corvan!

An odd MOPAR to customize

Caddy's are Cool

A 2 story engine!

Pretty accurate, who needs to see the road ahead?

I saw this on marketplace a year ago, now I forgot the name of this rare kit car, was not that popular

The AMC Machine

I considered buying this Nash custom, but price was a bit high, found out later he found another car he wanted and lowered the price for this new owner

Gold Digger Ridler award winner woman owned!

Smoky and the Bandit traveling tribute was amusing

Faux Burt and Bufford T
