DAY 17 PARTS 1 AND 2

I get into Rockford Ill. and realize the AM stop in Roscoe is 15 minutes away and opens at 11AM on Sunday so slept in and relaxed a bit. HISTORIC AUTO ATTRACTIONS is in a very plain building in an industrial complex and it says Lensing Auto Museum and he owns lefthander chassis a racing catalogue which has its HQ next store. This collection will eventually need a bigger blog- he has Presidential cars along with many displays about the JFK Assassination, movie cars and cars of the rich and famous. There is also a Illinois racing hall of fame.

Off to Dunlap Ill. pretty much Peoria for a very interesting museum that had like many others a lil bit a everything! A pretty good car/truck collection and like Pioneer Village in Nebraska many exhibits of Americana! Enjoy some of the Wheels O Time museum! A barn find in the barn?
